No doubt, University of Education, Winneba has professionally produced and continue to producing remarkable intellectual women, I bet on a factual rebut or challenge that, no student leaders (elected or appointed) since my days of being a student till after completion, just last year(2019), can ever be compared to the current Women Commissioner of UEW(main Campus).

This young lady has on every ground proven to be incomparable, when it comes to leadership. I can confidently vouch for her without favour or a feel of mediocrity that, she's exclusively exceptional and has over shadowed put together all the top hierarchy of student leaders in UEW currently and in the past, not refuting some past student leaders who also did some meaningful impact in time of service.

I will not be baffle to hear someone say, it is because she has had the opportunity and resources to serve, that is definitely why she's able to do what she is doing. That is a partial true speaking or thought from ignorance. I mean 'ignorance' because, you barely know her and hasn't studied and given her that close attention from distance.

I personally met her, pretty a year before assuming the office she currently hold(WOCOM UEW).Being a person that patiently and closely observe people I get contact with, I convinced myself that "this Lady could stand to be something productively different", time has indeed spoken, and that thought of mine has bare healthy fruits.

It was not as if I did not join those who doubted her genuity should she become 'Women Commissioner', i had a strong feel of doubt that, she is no different from the common young politicians who spit out diamond and gold promises but only give decayed apples to their subjects as the promise they guaranteed them.

I want to state the record, though, I'm no longer a valid/legitimate student, but I still have contact with both some leaders and the general student body over different issues. The record is that, she Hawa Alidu (Hajia Cruze) started exhibiting and practicing these leadership traits before assuming public leadership opportunity via election.

So, it appear to me no surprise she is able to give what she's given. In fact, in my opinion, she has serve her people beyond her constitutional mandate with little or sometimes no source of support from her constitutional source of financial support.

HAWA ALIDU(Hajia Cruze) has proven that, leadership is not just defined by words, it goes beyond to delivery of actions
